Note: Attendees are required to wear their badge for access to all scheduled events. There is a $200 badge reprint fee for lost or forgotten badges.

Medical attendees have two lunch coupons attached to their badges, valid for one-time use on Saturday and Sunday at any participating location.
Each coupon covers a complete meal, including your choice of a sandwich, salad or slice of pizza, paired with a bag of chips and soda/water.

Presentation must be submitted no later than 3 hours prior to your presentation. Revisions made after this deadline cannot be guaranteed to display during your session.
If your presentation includes videos, visit the Speaker Ready Room at least 3 hours prior to your session on-site to notify the Team. Please also alert AANS Staff via email at education@aans.org. Make sure to note your session, presentation title, and room.

Access an interactive meeting schedule, speaker listings, exhibitor map, e-posters, abstracts and more. Download the app here and select the AANS2026 icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Registered attendees select “Login” button to access the app.
- Username: Email address used to register
- Password: Registration/Badge ID number
- Badge ID numbers can be found printed on your name badge or in the Contact Information section of the registration confirmation email.
Please note, if you have previously downloaded the app, you may need to update or uninstall and reinstall the app to access the full 2026 program. If you are experiencing any issues with the app, email app@aans.org with questions or stop by the Mobile App Help Desk, located onsite near registration.
In addition to the mobile app, a printed Quick Planner will be available at the AANS Registration Desk, while supplies last.

Taking place in the Presentation Theater, Neuro Spotlights are industry sessions that showcase products and services in 20-minute increments. Use the meeting mobile app for a full list of presentations.
Please Note: Children under the age of 18 are permitted in the Exhibit Hall during show hours. Children 12 and over may attend educational sessions. When in the Exhibit Hall and Education sessions, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and wear their meeting badge at all times.
