International Letter of Invitation
Medical attendees and exhibitors who require an official letter of invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the 2026 American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) Annual Scientific Meeting must first be registered for the meeting. The letter of invitation can then be downloaded from the Registration site online at the conclusion of the registration process. You will be required to provide your full name, address, passport information and email to process the electronic, official letter of invitation. This letter of invitation does not financially obligate the 2026 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the meeting are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative
The Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) requires all citizens of the US, Canada, Mexico and Bermuda to have a passport or other accepted document that establishes the bearer’s identity and nationality to enter or depart the US from within the Western Hemisphere.
