Exhibitor Registration
Each 10-foot by 10-foot booth is entitled to three complimentary exhibitor badges. Additional badges may be purchased in advance for $450 each or on-site for $550 each. Additional badges are available at the non-member non-physician rate at the time of registration.
Exhibitor badges are personal and non-transferable. Each representative of an exhibiting company must wear the official exhibitor badge to access the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitor Badges give you access to the Sip, Savor and Showcase on the show floor on Friday, May 1, 6:30 – 8 pm. Exhibitor Registration opens in January.

Rules & Regulations
Exhibitor Rules and Regulations were created in the best interest of the exhibitors, attendees and the 2026 Annual Meeting. It is essential for exhibitors to abide by these regulations. Failure to comply with any rule set forth may result in the denial of future participation. See complete rules and regulations here.
Submit COI
All Exhibitors and EAC are required to submit a COI to Patricia Swift at pswift@aans.org.
- An active workers’ compensation insurance policy covers all permanent employees and temporary labor hired to perform work during this event and in force over this same period.
- Indicates comprehensive general liability insurance against claims for bodily injury or death and property damage of not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence.
- Indicates the policy will be in effect over all installations and dismantling dates, April 30 – May 4, 2026.
- Policies must name AANS as the certificate holder and as an additional insured.
